ABOUT THE SOZO YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR ROLE THE SOZO MISSIONS YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR HAS THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO: Leverage A Pastoral Calling to Serve Youth, Children, & Their Families. YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM The SOZO Missions Youth Program Director will serve under the leadership of our Executive Director as a passionate team builder and team leader who will lead the charge in developing and managing our children's and youth ministries and events. They will serve as the primary leader of SOZO Kidz, SOZO Youth, and SOZO Sports, spearheading the visionary development of each ministry while developing discipleship centered relationships with our students. Our Youth Program Director will also serve as the primary ambassador of those ministries by recruiting and assisting in training of volunteers, fundraising, and leading each of their teams as a practical and spiritual encouraging leader. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus; however, not required. Minimum 2 years of related/ministry experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A demonstrated ability to build and nurture ministry staff & volunteer teams toward accomplishing long term goals. Must be able to recruit and train team leads/volunteers and develop and maintain partnerships with like-minded organizations and churches.
