HOURS : Monday - Friday: 2:00-6:30 pm after school with possible increased hours on non-school days & Summer (20-40 hrs/wk) PAY RANGE : $18.00-19.00 per hour BENEFITS: Employee assistance program (free to all employees) Sick Days accrual per WA State Sick Leave Law for part-time employees (1 hr sick accrued for every 40 hours worked) Part-Time employees accrue paid time off (PTO) at rate of 0.0250 with a cap of 37 hours per year 401k plan after 1 year of service & 1,000 hours worked POSITION DESCRIPTION The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is a part time, hourly position working with our youth to provide "hands on" delivery of daily in-house programing including social recreation, team building activities, and an overall environment to build positive relationships. Our Ferndale clubhouse is actively seeking a Youth Development Professional that is available Monday through Friday from 2:00 - 6:30 pm.
