The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a Youth Development Site Coordinator to serve as a positive role model and who will plan programming, oversee center management and supervise youth at our out-of-school-time program at Ridge Elementary School in Western Henrico County. Duties: Responsibilities include development and implementation of engaging youth development programs, supervision of all groups of school age children, and day - to - day operations of a school age child care center during the school year. Seasonal responsibilities include high quality day camp programming: with experience in planning, parent communication, and staff supervision and development. Qualifications: Experience with supervising staff, budgeting and program administration Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A valid driver's license and a good driving record Candidates must meet Virginia DSS licensing requirements: college-level coursework in a related field or CDA required Minimum age is 21 Candidates must be responsible, enthusiastic, and able to direct children and staff in a positive way Experience in leading groups of youth.
