We are looking for two new people to join our new Young Carers & Families service in the following position: Young Carers & Family Support Worker (16 hrs p/w) x 2 posts Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? Do you thrive on creative problem-solving and building strong connections? Join our team and become a champion for young heroes facing unique challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a new service in Norfolk helping empower young carers to build resilience, overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. You will be working with young carers and their families to explore their caring situation, make positive changes and connect with the support they most need. You will arm these young people and their families with information, help them to make connections and celebrate their journey of change. If you’re a resourceful connector and problem-solving hero, who can wield organisational magic to create lasting impacts on the lives of young carers we want to here from you.
