As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse and distribution operations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off. Responsibilities: Perform various warehouse tasks, including inbound (receiving), outbound (shipping), picking, and preparing items for shipment. Inspect cartons to ensure accurate quantity and condition for further processing. Prepare cartons by locating, labeling, packing, and scanning items. Sort and route cartons and enter information into inventory systems. Load, unload, and pick items as required. Prepare merchandise for distribution by inspecting, logging data, and taking necessary steps for inventory and distribution. Operate basic warehouse equipment when necessary. Perform other related manual tasks as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Ability to understand and follow general and/or written instructions. Basic arithmetic skills. High school diploma or GED. Familiarity with contemporary merchandise processing equipment (e.g., hand-held scanners). Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems. Ability to learn computer processing systems. Efficiency and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift items weighing 0 – 75 lbs (frequent lifting of 0 – 30 lbs and occasional lifting of 30 – 75 lbs). Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not required.
