Worship Leader Horizon Bible Church in beautiful Palm Coast Florida (www.horizonbiblechurch.org) is seeking a part-time Worship Leader that is obsessed with God and His Word God, who has a passion to lead people to engage Him through worship. The Worship Leader, in collaboration with the Pastor, will direct and manage the climate of our worship service under direction of God's Spirit, including the music and song selection, providing inspiration and guidance to our vocalists and musicians. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Pastor to ensure the worship service is properly planned and executed. Manage the worship and coordinate rehearsals. Plan and lead our worship service, and when necessary, worship and music for special events. Be the face and the voice of our congregational worship. Ensure that the worship service is focused on making much about God - engaging and inspiring. Develop and maintain relationships with members of the congregation. Requirements and Qualifications Experience in leading congregational worship vocally and musically, as well as providing guidance and direction to the worship team. Excellent communication skills and stage presence. Proficient in interpreting music, playing a musical instrument is preferred. Knowledgeable in leading a blended style of worship - traditional and contemporary.
