We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Haringey to assist with the appointment of a Works Co-ordinator , on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay : £16.50 per hour PAYE Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and provide reports from various digital systems relating to all aspects of the work areas as required. Prepare reports when requested utilizing Microsoft suite of applications as required. To ensure that the Operatives communicate in a timely and accurate manner about the progress of work, in order to schedule their work in view of residents requirements. To re-schedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of an Operative, and to contact the resident directly to agree any changes. To communicate any changes / updates directly with the effected resident and the Operative. To communicate with Supervisors/Manager about matters of work quality, timeliness and potential HR issues concerning the operatives Required Experience & Skills: Experience of working within a repairs and maintenance environment Knowledge of local authority and or social housing repairs operations Experience and knowledge of dynamic scheduling and or system generated appointment scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
