Workflow Spec - ISC Technician

As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the training/repair sewing department. --Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations, human resources, customer service and quality to improve coordination and communication between departments. You will report directly to a Senior Supervisor and work on location at our Dayton facility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct new hire sewing skill test assessmentsOnboard training for new hire sewers before placement into production.
