Work Crew - Janitor or Work Crew - Lawn Care General Description: Janitor - Completes all cleaning, custodial and all janitorial services on-site for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc. Lawn Care - Complete daily lawncare services for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc. Qualifications: Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, and climbNeat appearance to represent Russell Nesbitt Services positively at the contractors siteValid Driver's license Work Crew - Janitor Responsibilities Ability to assist in keeping the contract site cleanIf required by the client, wears provided uniformRemoves trashCleans all areas of the office building, including cubicle areas, chairs, desk, computers and accessoriesVacuums, sweeps and mops floorsCleans all windows and any glass partitionsCleans toilets and sinks. Also replenishes paper towels, sap and toilet paperTurns off lights, AC and or heat as necessaryPerforms cleaning and other janitorial duties, including grounds maintenance and minor repair work Work Crew - Lawn Care Responsibilities Follow the direction of the Work Crew Lead to determine work priorities, supplies required and duties of the contract work site.Pick up trash before beginning lawncareUse a push mower for mowing lawnsUse a week wacker for trimming edgesUse a leaf blower to clean off sidewalks and drivewaysRake up mowed grass, bag it and throw bags in dumpsterAttend mower safety training annuallyPerform a final check and correct any identified deficienciesPerform related duties as requested.
