You will collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals to ensure our systems operate seamlessly, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of all servers and services. Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and execute recovery procedures when necessary. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across the Windows infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments, upgrades, and integrations. Monitor and manage virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
