Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunityandjoinour quest for the best.Essential Functions*: * Provide Product/Process Engineering support for the Plastics Department in Shotshell Manufacturing. * Definition and documentation of manufacturing processes. * Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, Quality Verification, and other Engineering disciplines to identify product/process challenges and recommend/implement practical corrective actions. * Plan and execute engineering projects in areas of considerable scope and complexity related to process improvement and cost reduction. * Design and evaluate alternative components and process changes to improve efficiency, performance, and reduce cost. * Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, Quality objectives, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Safety Initiatives.Position Requirements*: * Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree** in Engineering required. Mechanical, Chemical or Plastics Engineering preferred. * Six months recent or past related engineering experience.
