They are now looking to recruit a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team in Ware. The successful Solicitor / Legal Executive will be joining a dynamic and supportive team who encourage innovation, collaboration, and a client-first mindset. If you're passionate and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, then this could be the role for you. You will become a valued member of the team and you will be joining a team that have truly flourished in their career from starting with this firm. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Taking instructions and preparing Wills, LPAs, and general Po As - Probate and estate administration including complex cases - Administering intestate estates and understanding intestacy rules - Trusts & Tax implications - Managing Life Interest trusts and Discretionary trusts - Managing taxable estates and IHT400 forms - Some Court of Protection files On offer is a competitive salary relative to experience including other company benefits and it is essential for the successful candidate to own their own car to be able to travel between offices, client meetings and home visits.
