This role includes communicating face to face and via telephone with the firm’s client base. The firm have various offices across Yorkshire and have generous benefits and well-being options. You will be working with the department, assisting clients with specialist knowledge on a day-to-day basis. During this time, it is expected that you also keep up to date with all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have Wills and Probate Advisory experience, will be organised, will have excellent interpersonal skills, and will have a confident and professional phone manner. Previous work experience with dealing with public is desirable.
