Who We Are:Cisco IT's Hire to Retire (H2R) team is a strategic Business Process and Operational pillar that accelerates Cisco's success by delivering an excellent employee experience through HR Technical solutions, Data Integrations, and reporting across Hiring, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity and HR Service delivery functions.We are looking for a Dynamic FullStack Software Engineer with a strong focus on developing API's, middleware and backend and demonstrated ability to be part of Agile team structure to deliver technical solutions in Inclusion, Diversity and Purpose HR Function.What You'll DoArchitect, design, test and deliver system software to satisfy product requirements.Work with various cross-functional groups such as Business, other development teams, QA, and documentationLead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions and designsBe an active member for Agile team and participate in Agile rituals.Follow engineering standard processes with Code reviews, CI/CD Pipeline based deployments, Documentation, and test-driven development.Who You AreWe're seeking a dedicated, guide, and self-motivated professional who has a real passion for team culture & technology. You want to have fun at work & enjoy working with your teammates!Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 4+Years of experience in Software DevelopmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)3+ years of experience in software design, and application development2+ years of experience developing applications based on microservice architecture and API developmentStrong background in Software Design and Architecture and complete Agile development lifecycleExperience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model with full knowledge of Jenkins, GIT, is requiredHands-on development experience with multiple languages, especially, Java, Python, GoLang and databases Oracle and SnowflakeExperience with various persistence technologies like Cassandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, as well as Mysql.Experience with OpenStack, Openshift, Opensource libraries, and monitoring toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in AI & ML technologies is a plusWhy Cisco#WeAreCisco where each person is outstanding, but we bring our talents to work as a ream and make a difference powering and expansive future for all.We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses.
