Starting pay of $28.75 per hour, (At June 1st - $29.25) - 5 day work week, Monday through Friday. Start your career with Woodbridge and become a Future Leader. You'll be a key part of our manufacturing team and work directly with the aluminum molds used to make our product, by repairing, adjusting and maintaining molds to meet specifications, changes and conform to work orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Operates basic power tools and welding equipment in repairing mold seals. Performs welding on molds to repair and retool molds to meet engineering specifications and changes. Uses cutting torch to cut steel for modifications and repairs of pallets, latches and hinges. Ensures that changes to molds meet blue print specifications. Reads and uses micrometer and calipers to ensure dimensions. Complies with industry safety standards when operating tools, machinery and welding equipment. Requires regular attendance and punctuality, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
