After completing a structured apprenticeship training, your hourly rate may increase to as much as $22.00 per hour . You watch closely as each task is demonstrated, providing support by fetching specific tools and materials. Then, you help perform those tasks as they were demonstrated to you. If you have any questions, our technicians answer them and guide you. Additionally, you keep the truck and job site clean and organized throughout your shift.
