Job Summary IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for a Website Product Specialist / Inside Sales Associate. This customer service role will be taking care of a large portion of our clients computer work including assisting to maintain and support their website and social media pages. Additionally, this position welcomes customers that come into our client's store. We are looking for someone that has a kind, friendly vibe that loves working with people and technology. The "perfect" candidate will have the opportunity to learn about our clients' products, what they are used for, how to operate them, showing and explaining products to customers as well as demonstrating tools when necessary. You will continue to learn as you grow with our client by taking customer phone calls to answer questions as well as taking customer orders over the phone as needed. The ideal candidate would have a passion for working with wood & tools, creating/making/woodworking. We are looking for an individual that is a people person who interacts with customers face to face! We are looking for someone that is Tech savvy with the computer skills necessary to Assist with our clients Website and Social Media. Job Responsibilities - Heavily assist maintaining our client's website - Add and update product pages on our client's website - Create content for our client's website and social media platforms - Welcome customers and answer any of their questions in the store - Answer customer phone calls and take customer orders over the phone - Work with cash register and credit cards to process payments - Receive stock, price it and put it away on the showroom floor - Assemble machinery that will be displayed on the showroom floor - Learn about the machinery and tool brands that our client sells and help customers decide what products they need - Have the ability to demonstrate tools and machines for customers when needed Job Skills - Excellent computer skills - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent verbal and written skills - Teamwork - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Benefits - Health, vision & dental insurance - 401K - Paid vacation days and sick days - 8 Paid holidays Full Time Position : M-F 8:00 to 4:00 (Occasional Saturdays 9:00 to 1:00 from October through March) 23.00 - 27.00 per hour - determined by your skill & experience and determined by the hiring manager
