Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position collaborates with the Crew Chief to define project needs and oversee staff performance and training. Also responsible for performing quality control inspe c tions with t he pur p o se of lo we ring util i ty b i l l s while i m proving the c omfo r t, he a l t h, a nd s a f e ty of CM C A c l i e nts. Duties in c lude planning a nd ov e rsight of w ea the r i za t ion a c t i vi t ies at clients' homes, using m ea su r e e v a luation, execution o f w ork o r d e rs, a nd performing a qu a l i t y c ontrol insp ec t i on f o r eac h housing uni t ; dev e l oping and a dh e ring to a p rod u c t i on s c h e dule a nd bud g e t; a nd pro v id i ng c oordin a t i on with contr a c tors a s n e c e ssa r y. The W e a the r iz a t i on Superintendent p e r f orms in-person a udi t s a n d insp ec t i ons wh e n n e c e s s a ry. Requirements: Valid MO driver's license and daily access to reliable transportation, high school diploma or GED, at least 4 years of experience in construction, supevisory experience preferred, ability to type and knowledge of basic computer software like Microsoft Office. Must be a self-starter and work productively and independently of direct supervision. Full-time, $26 to $30 per hour, great benefits including excellent health insurance, travel reimbursement, and generous paid time off including 13 paid holidays.
