Position Summary: To maintain accurate purchase orders and transfer forms. This individual must have a high attention to detail and be able to effectively work in a team environment. Essential Duties: Represent and promote Miami Valley Community Action Partnership's Weatherization Department throughout the community. Support Miami Valley Community Action Partnership's team in their overall mission. Maintain and promote the cooperative, harmonious, teamwork environment Miami Valley Community Action Partnership strives to promote within the workplace. Maintain and promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect in line with the philosophy and policies of Miami Valley Community Action Partnership. Prepare all HWAP and CenterPoint Energy purchase orders for uploading to SharePoint. Prepare all CenterPoint Energy material transfer forms for MVCAP fiscal department. Reconcile all gas receipts with the monthly statement for payment. Prepare and submit all monthly invoices to vendors for reimbursement of expenses according to budget. Perform all secretarial duties as assigned by the Wx Director. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education and Certifications: Prefer High School Diploma or equivalent, experience or training in construction trades, home weatherization, or related field.
