Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: *Position will be required to sit in office location, 50 Hudson Yards, four days per week.*Provides client and advisor support to a team of Wealth, Legal Specialty or Medical Specialty Group advisors managing a portfolio of high net-worth clients. Closely works with assigned advisor(s) to meet the needs and objectives of the client, and will serve as the primary point of intake for a majority of requests from Advisor(s) and clients, playing a key front-office role in interfacing with clients. The teammate will support workload management, and triage and delegate client and advisor operational requests to a virtual team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Triage and delegate client and advisor operational requests related to transfers, withdrawals, and account opening/maintenance to a virtual team2. Work closely with a virtual team to ensure client and advisor requests are fulfilled in a timely manner3. Identify at-risk relationships at risk and notifies the appropriate relationship manager4. May serve as the local point of contact for the Wealth Region Support Leader and/or Wealth Division Support Leader5. Maintain a positive working relationships with various departments and individuals who are designated to support Wealth support efforts and be an effective advocate for Wealth clients with other business units6. Enter and maintain appropriate client records; monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness; maintain appropriate documentation of client transactions7. Respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority8. Support the sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client presentation and marketing materials9. Assist the advisors with other administrative functions, prioritizing those actions that enable quality client interaction10. Continually render extraordinarily responsive and personal service to Wealth clientsQUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. 7+ years in the role as a Wealth Support Specialist or equivalent work-related experience2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously3. Flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of banking systems. Trains junior Wealth Support Specialists I on systems, industry knowledge, support processes and procedures4. Demonstrate strong all around product knowledge, deposits, loan products, wealth management, treasury services, operating systems unique to line of business5. Demonstrate strong knowledge of bank policy and procedures6. Strong problem solving skills7. Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters cooperation, trust and group identity8. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills9. Excellent oral and written communication skills10. Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills11. Ability to travel, occasionally overnightPreferred Qualifications:1. Undergraduate Degree2. Demonstrate knowledge of Estate, Fiduciary and Investment conceptsThe annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
