We are seeking a Sr. Research Program Coordinator who will assist the Principal Investigators and Senior Research Program Manager by providing coordination and data management support for the Data Analysis and Coordination Center (DACC) for the MACS/WIHS Combined Cohort Study (MWCCS), a large multi-site HIV epidemiological study.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in revision of study manual of operations and data collection forms. Test new/revised study forms and data entry features on web-based data management system prior to implementation.Work with investigators and programmers to select specimens from the central repository. Submit completed requests to Specimen Advisory Committee for review and approval. Submit approved requests to repository using repository's proprietary database.Represent DACC on study scientific and operational working groups and participate in meetings and conference calls. Take meeting minutes, as needed.Assist with website development and maintenance: post study documentation (visit forms, MOO, memos, etc.), create and maintain forum postings, update site as needed.Prepare materials for DACC IRB, including continuing review report on an annual basis. Track and compile IRB and consent form approval documentation from participating clinical research sites.Review medical record packets uploaded from sites for completeness and redaction. Track adjudication status of packets. Update data collection forms in web-based data management system to enter tracking data and close out records.Other coordination and data management tasks, as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related discipline.Three years related experience.Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets) required. Prefer experience with AirTable, SAS, SQL queries, SharePoint, and WordPress. Must have excellent oral and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
