We are seeking a Human Resource OCM Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing organizational change management (OCM) programming for our company in Baltimore, MD. The successful candidate will apply OCM methodologies: assessing needs, stakeholders, and resistances to create engaging change campaigns to support the organization through various business critical technology or process changes. They will have an excitement for helping facilitate new working realities for employees of a global manufacturing company as we deploy new systems and business processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a critical thinker, a problem solver, and can quickly build working relationships with diverse stakeholders in our organization. The candidate will build and deliver a robust change management strategy aligned to the complexity of the change and impact to our employees. This position is not eligible for sponsorship!Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for various organizational initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems. * Identify and analyze potential risks and challenges associated with change and develop mitigation strategies. * Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process. * Coach and mentor leaders, managers, and employees on best practices for navigating change. * Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. * Conduct regular assessments to gauge the organization's readiness for change and recommend actions. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change agility within the organization as identified in our Laitram Business Philosophy. Requirements: * A bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, or a related study (or 5+ years of relevant work experience) * Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. * Proven experience in organizational change management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. * A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. * Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships. * Analytical skills to measure the impact and success of change initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. * Familiarity with project management approaches and tools * Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
