At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products.Responsibilities:* Repair and maintenance of related Digester/Water Treatment equipment.* Day/night operations at the Digester and/or on Water Treatment* Day/night operations on wastewater spray fields. (June-Nov)* Day/night silage operations.* Operating equipment as needed. (Tractors, Payloader, Excavators)* Daily reports and assist in preparing annual reports.* Maintain cost control over equipment for budget purposes.* Ensure that GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced.* Maintenance in other areas of the facility when needed.* Employee relations.* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:* Good attention to detail and accuracy.* Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.* Strong communication skills.* Good mechanical repair and trouble-shooting skills.* Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience working with Wastewater/Anaerobic Digesters preferred.* Ability to get Special Boilers License, Type 4 and Type 5 Certificate.
