We are looking for motivated and experienced water damage technicians who exhibit honesty, integrity, and humility , and water damage technician's who shares the same passion we do for helping people the “right way. ” Required Experience: 3 years Water Damage Technician experience (certifications a plus) Running your own truck and water damage technician jobs from start to finish Clean driving record Clean background check (we go back 7 years) Lift over 50 lbs regularly Benefits: Not on call every other weekend Positive work environment / culture / team 40+ hours per week We pay for IICRC classes and you can qualify to take a new one every 6 months Medical Insurance (health, vision, dental) 401k with employer match up to 4>#/li### Vacation / sick time
