This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. -Job Location: Albert Lea, MNJob Type: Full TimeShift(s) Available: 3rd Compensation: $22.65/hr Benefit Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Principal Accountabilities Using hand tools to perform maintenance on wastewater machineryEnsuring food safety and quality Cleanliness and housekeeping Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Basic Computer skills Preferred Qualifcations Have high school diploma or GED Have valid driver's license Good attendance record Able to work weekends Lift a minimum of 40 lbs General working knowledge of basic machinery, preventative maintenance, and repair Work effectively in a team environment and also have the ability to take independent action in a timely manner using good judgement with minimum supervision -Candidates considered will receive a phone call from the area code (952).
