Warehouse Worker As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle incoming and outgoing building materials by unloading freight from trucks and trailers using a forklift, comparing materials received to packing slips for order accuracy, inspecting for damages, and communicating discrepancies. Most of your time will be spent manually moving doors, windows, patio doors, and millwork to and from bins, reading work orders, scanning products in and out of inventory, picking and pulling materials for orders or shipments, and loading products onto trucks, trailers, or customer vehicles. The key to your success is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. When it comes to working, you show up, and you show up on time. Nobody likes complacency, and neither do you. You are ambitious, dedicated, and have a drive towards excelling at your work. You are willing to do what is asked of you, and when given a chance, you take on new responsibilities and challenges.
