Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for full-time specialty technicians to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia. Minimum Requirements: Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours Commitment to safety policies and procedures, including COVID guidelines Superior customer service skills Ability to understand oral and written instructions Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Assist the Special Services Supervisor and fellow workers. Repair equipment Clean and repair carpet. Maintain and restoratively clean various types of floors. Clean residential and commercial sites after fires, floods and construction. Clean upholstered furniture in residential and commercial sites Clean and stock vehicle, insuring that the company van is always clean and organized. Complete tasks in an efficient manner. Be ready to work at all times. Maintain daily time records. Insure that all equipment is kept clean and well maintained. Flexible availability Monday-Sunday Perform other duties as directed by the Special Services Supervisor. Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis: Walking and standing Climbing Bending forward Wearing hip/backpack vacuum Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder Respective bending and arm movements Competitive Compensation Package Includes: Competitive base pay 401(k) with Company match Paid time off Flexible schedules Mister Kleen is committed to employing, without discrimination, the most qualified individuals of the greatest ability.
