Come join our Centralia team as an Order Selector!Pays $22.25/hour!Overnight Shift Differential - $1.25/hour for shifts starting after 3pmWeekend Differential - $2.00/hour for shifts starting on Friday 7pm-Sunday 7pmFreezer Premium - $2.00/hourProductivity BonusesJob Overview:Become part of the UNFI team as a Warehouse Order Selector. In this fast-paced job associates will be responsible for safely, accurately and efficiently pulling wholesale grocery orders in our warehouse. Associates will also palletize the orders, shrink wrap the pallets and place them in the assigned locations. Shifts are based on business needs during bid selection and may vary. Full availability is required.Here is some of what you will be doing:Selects various grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock using electric pallet jacketReports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocksTransports product throughout warehouse via electric pallet jackResponsibilities include maintaining order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safetyAssists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnelWhat we are looking for:Preferred: have experience in a large warehouse/distribution company or grocery experience within the last 3 yearsPreferred: have experience with an Electric Pallet JackMust be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyMust be able to work in a range of temperatures from -10 to 90+ degrees FahrenheitMust be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screenAvailability to train for six weeks (Week 1: 8 AM start time Weeks 2-6: 7 AM or 3PM start time choice)Must be able to read and write EnglishAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
