You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. About the Role How you will contribute : Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.: Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.: Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.: Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow and maximum synergy.: Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.:Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. : Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications :HS Diploma / GED.:Experience in a Lead role.:Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.:Prior forklift experience.
