The Role As a warehouse inventory specialist you will be in charge of fulfilling all internal needs of our Tewksbury MA location to ensure our technicians are properly equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers. Our Tewksbury location is a smaller location which provides the atmosphere of a family friendly environment while having the support and resources of a much larger organization. Primary Responsibilities: Schedule coordination of inventory functions with department heads Maintain complete inventory for truck fleet Perform cycle counting of truck fleet Physically swap inventory bins-placing orders and managing returns, overages, and backorders Research analysis of missing identified items All duties assigned by Warehouse Supervisor & General Manager Act as additional coverage for Purchasing Specialist and general Warehouse Support Staff Secondary Responsibilities: Track all purchase orders and ensure timely arrival of parts and invoicing Report invoicing errors or electronic submission errors to inventory controller Record missing, back ordered, or incorrect items and communicate with vendors to address any purchasing issues Receive and validate materials delivered by vendors and package carriers Update part statuses and notes as necessary Stage materials according to their types (ex: special orders, install jobs, truck stock, incoming returns, outgoing returns) Report missing, back ordered, or incorrect items and quantities to the purchasing agent Receive equipment returns and ensure satisfactory return standards are met Maintain working operation of all in-house tools and equipment (by inspection for damage scheduling repairs) Coordinate truck stock, uniforms, and paperwork delivery with technicians daily Work with fleet manager to keep trucks in working order Maintain reporting of cycle count KPI's with detail for month end reporting Create purchase orders to stock requests for install jobs and special order parts Operate as the main entry and departure point for all install materials, truck stock, and tools Qualifications: You have a valid driver's license and can pass a DMV check, drug test, and background check You have a good work ethic and don't mind putting in extra effort when needed Willing to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of accurate materials to help technicians maintain peak-level efficiency throughout the work day You have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs You are good with following through and paying attention to the details You enjoy learning and are coachable You are team-oriented and customer focused You enjoy giving back to your community You can work full time Monday through Friday and be flexible with start and end times as needed Benefits: Starting pay of $20-$24 per hour Opportunity for formal apprenticeship in a professional trade Company Uniform Paid Vacation, Personal, Sick Time Paid Holiday Time Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life, AD&D, Short & Long Term Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan with 4% Company Match Profit Sharing Incentive Plan Individual and group development 1:1 Coaching Ongoing Training Opportunities Professional, Family Feel Company Events Work Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday, 6am- 2:30pm Must have a flexible work schedule to support hours of operations of warehouse To learn more please email our Recruiting Specialist - Lilianna Ricker (603) 647-XXXX, Ext. 7109 / XXXX@justcallheritage.com We look forward to learning more about you and your goals.
