Job DescriptionThe CNC Machinist performs complex machine setups on 3, 4 and 5 axis machines, has G & M code knowledge, and is able to run and inspect parts with little to no supervision.Essential Responsibilities: * Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently * Operate machines to produce production runs of parts * Able to read operation sheets and blueprints * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff * Other duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred * 1+ years of CNC machine operation * Okuma control knowledge a plus * G & M code fluency * Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity * Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude * Interested in learning with, and from, engineering and programming team to improve operations comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.
