Job Description Title: Warehouse Associate Department: Sullivan Distribution Report To: Warehouse Manager FSLA Status: Hourly Position Summary Imperial is in search of a self-directed Warehouse Associate who will manage team members to execute distribution processes in order to meet customer demands. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Perform physically demanding warehouse duties that may include carrying boxes, shrink wrapping pallets, and operating dollies and hand pallet jacks Run daily functions and execute tasks independently Operate RF scanner ensuring that inventory transactions are processed efficiently and accurately Operate forklifts and other equipment to handle materials Maintain and positively contribute to warehouse organization Troubleshoot basic issues and report advanced inventory and process issues to supervisor Meet and improve upon performance targets Accurately count cases, units, or other items to verify order and inventory quantities as necessary Perform other general warehouse duties as needed Follow all company policies Maintain a healthy and safe work environment Qualifications and Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as a member of a team Strong organizational skills Self-motivated and self-directed Detail oriented Basic math skills Imperial Forklift Certification
