What you’ll love about working for us : Competitive pay Paid Time Off accrued your first year of employment Paid Holidays Medical, vision, dental, life, accident, and disability insurance Retirement savings with a company match Company paid life insurance Tuition/training reimbursement What you’ll be doing: Clean trailers and vans Disassemble HVAC equipment and components for disposal Recover refrigerant Receiving and processing warehouse stock products Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials while loading and unloading Report any discrepancies Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Check and identify numbers and labels on assigned items and materials Willingness to work overtime to ensure completion of work Operate pallet jack and other lifting equipment as trained and authorized by your supervisor Safely operate powered hand tools to disassemble HVAC equipment All other duties as assigned Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications: Desire to be part of a winning team Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record High School Diploma or GED Warehouse experience a plus Able to operate a forklift, dolly, and pallet jack Good verbal and written communication skills Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Ability to practice personal safety when lifting, using ladders and equipment Follow instructions to ensure adequate comprehension and follow through Basic knowledge of computers Excellent time attendance Self-motivated This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
