Key Accountabilities: Insure that products are packaged in accordance to customer and Dorman requirements Accurately identify, differentiate and record part numbers, vendor and date codes and package markings Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards in performance of job duties Adhere to all company policies, job procedures and safety and security standards Qualifications: Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment Ability to operate a computer to read and accurately type/input information Ability to learn/use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for accurate and efficient shipping Ability to recognize number patterns, add, subtract, multiply and divide Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds by yourself. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and demonstrate a sense of urgency Willingness to work overtime, as required Must be able to use manual material handling equipment to move fully loaded pallets of products into and out of the warehouse
