Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation 401K 6 Paid holidays Sick pay Company vehicle / uniform Job Title: Entry HVAC / Parts Runner / HVAC Apprentice Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime Pay Scale: up to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience We are currently looking for an Entry HVAC / Parts Runner to join our team, someone looking for a hand-on growth position into the HVAC industry. This position starts in the warehouse and running parts to our installers and techs in the field and will move into a field training position in installation. This is a full-time, year-round position! What you will be doing: Loading trucks every morning with equipment for the day's installations Pick up parts from vendors and parts supply house Deliver parts to installation jobs and technicians in the field Assist service techs and crews with installing parts in the field Maintaining inventory and ensuring that technicians and installer are adequately stocked to perform their daily functions Hands-on, field training in HVAC parts installation Qualifications / Skills Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record Familiar with GPS / map reading skills Ability to navigate through traffic, main road, freeways, back roads, construction zones and other obstacles in a timely manner. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent Pass background & drug screen Drug free Detail oriented Obey all local traffic laws Construction, HVAC, plumbing or similar industry experience desired Check us out online: www.quigleyac.com
