Google alum looking for a personal assistant who can work up to 20 hours per week - hours flexible to fit your schedule. (I'm the son of the Stanford Alum '64 that was looking for an assistant earlier - I need help too (just more business-focused). Looking for someone who: • Is skilled at administrative and business tasks like organizing, paying bills, calling and emailing, scheduling appointments, etc. • Is cheerful, friendly and trustworthy • Has a no job is too small nor too big attitude • Has extreme attention to detail • Loves dogs and is happy to dog sit (hypoallergenic dog visitors are welcome too) • Can help with party planning and execution • Generally happy to help with anything else needed to keep our home running smoothly The hours are flexible to fit your schedule - but weekday daytime hours preferred (between 10 am and 6pm). The position pays $25/hour. An ideal candidate should possess strong prioritization skills and attention to detail. Most weeks there will be a combination of some household help including organizing, scheduling, party planning, and dog sitting. Requirements: • You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including boosters). My family is all vaccinated and one of us is immunocompromised - so this part is very important to us. • Must love dogs and knows how to care for a dog • English proficiency • Proficiency with Google docs and other basic computer skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude, regardless of the task at hand Please send a link your resume or linked-in page and a short note introducing yourself.
