POSITION SUMMARY: Qualities include but are not limited to: Accurate Reading, Writing, and basic math skills. Safe operation of all equipment including but not limited to forklift and overhead crane. FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Safely set up and operate a chop saw. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job travelers. Ability to measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure. Ability to calculate decimals and fractions figures. Ability to stack completed parts properly on blocks or pallets. Have a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility. Good attendance. Must have the ability to work as a team. Organizational skills are a must. Ability to ensure proper use of PPE. Accrue Shear equipment is use by Arizon Companies Other duties as assigned by management WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Varying weather conditions and temperatures in warehouse. Physical strength to lift- up to 50 pounds EDUCATION : High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate well Prior factory experience in operating a Shear is a plus.
