Each month Bath Wizard ® spends hundreds of thousands of dollars for marketing to bring in leads. Our highly trained army of phone wizards work day and night setting up appointments for the in home sales team. Our confirmation team picks the cream of the crop to ensure the best chance of success. Each day you will drive to a customer’s home with a desire to own a walk in tub. Oftentimes the drive is 90 to 120 miles one way. For the next 2-3 hours you are helping our customers to make a life changing decision. 30% closing ratio is the minimum expectation but 60% is what the top reps do. At the end of the day our confirmation team looks at tomorrow’s calendar and decides which appointments have the highest chance of closing. Oftentimes those best appointments are leads that may require an overnight stay in a hotel of which Bath Wizard ® prepays for. Overnight travel is occasional and not always a requirement but the highest earning sales reps look forward to this.
