Waking Night Support Worker required to support on a rolling rota with our client based in Wokingham, Berkshire. The young person service provides 24/7 support for up to seven young adults aged 16-21 years, including those leaving care. The adults service provides housing support for adults 18+ years who have who have high needs and histories of entrenched or repeat homelessness, to get a home of their own where they can regain stability, safety, and support. Waking Night Support Worker required to support on a rolling rota with our client based in Wokingham, Berkshire. The service works on the seven principles of Housing First, with the main principle being that safe and permanent housing comes first for someone who has experienced repeated homelessness. Shift Pattern for Waking Night Support Worker:21:30pm - 8:30am rolling night rota.
