About the Position E7 Solutions (E7) is growing fast and we’re seeking a Sales Leader to help take us to the next level. This role is pivotal in successfully evolving and leading our Account Management team and developing/maintaining a smooth-running sales engine. Key responsibilities include the following: Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing sales team, offering guidance, coaching and strategic support. Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by understanding their unique needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and efficient lead management Drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and venturing into new markets. Develop sales processes and procedures to enable scalable and repeatable revenue growth Optimize the incentives/commission structure Work closely with the Client Success and Solutions Engineering teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction About You You have a keen understanding of digital/business transformation services and a successful track record of managing sales teams.
