Responsibilities Build relationships with business leadership and key stakeholders, aligning business objectives with technology strategies Work with IT and business partners to design, develop and implement target state data application architecture Translate business and information requirements into data models, dataflow diagrams, and use cases Act as the center of excellence to Data Management, utilizing deep specialized expertise and industry standards for data ingestion and data integration Work with IT delivery team and data stewards as part of the Data Design Authority to ensure project solutions are in line with target state systems architecture Partner with business to identify and solve data quality issues, new business initiatives and existing and new regulations Lead and own the development and implementation of Catalyst data architecture, strategy, and standards Overall responsibility for delivering business driven technology strategies, setting policies and standards, mitigating risk, and providing oversight to the engineering, implementation, and operations of all Data Management technologies and cloud services Responsible for effective OPEX/CAPEX management of Data Management budgets and operating plans Assures that systems and technology enable the business, deliver information for decision making, with easy to use, available, reliable, and cost effective systems and/or technology Develop long term technology roadmaps for overall Data Management architecture aligned with business growth and technology needs Provides direction to team members in the development and execution of project plans. Provide strategic direction and oversight to large Data Management efforts Ability to handle multiple strategic project initiatives occurring in parallel Identifies and frames high level scope of projects Actively participate in recruiting new employees through candidate screening, interviews and assisting in identification of high-quality candidates through personal network Participate in activities and efforts to develop team members and increase their skills and capabilities Directs and oversees the development of organizing, storing and analyzing hardware/software strategic information and operational/production data. Designs, develops and maintains data warehouses, data stores, customer relationship management and other business intelligence systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements. Support Data Loss Prevention, Production Automation development and deployment Requirements 5+ years of related healthcare industry experience. 10+ years leading large IT Operations service delivery Excellent executive presence to drive overall Data Management strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Highly organized p roblem-solver who seeks continued excellence and h arnesses change for a competitive advantage. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred. Strong experience negotiating contracts with partners.
