Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/ Females/ Disabilities/ Veterans/ sexual orientation/ gender identity Description: Provide supported case management and support services to adult seriously and persistently mentally ill (SPMI) residents of scatter-site apartment program in North Bronx. Candidates must be able to assist residents with activities of daily living and general apartment maintenance, and must be able to access areas above first floor of work site and apartment buildings. Comprehensive Benefits Package includes: Paid time off: vacation (min 18 days), sick (12 days), personal (4 days); all major holidays, Health insurance (includes dependent coverage) - coverage after 30 days, no salary contribution required for single enrollment Dental and vision coverage - no employee contribution required Life Insurance Policy- no employee contribution required 403(b) Plan - with 5% employer contribution, and employer matching contribution of 50% of salary reduction contribution, up to maximum of 8% of compensation for the year Partial tuition reimbursement Supervision for individuals pursuing MSW degree Opportunities for growth within the agency. Schedule Schedule : To Be Determined Days: (Range) Monday - Saturday Hours: (Range) 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in a human services related field, with experience in social services preferred, or AA degree in a human services related field, with three (3) years' experience in human services HS Diploma with five (5) years' experience in human services All candidates must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and must have good computer skills.
