This is on-site role as a Intern Customer Service Representative (submission Officer). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will also include maintaining customer records and data entry.Payrate is $21 Per hour Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Experience skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Powered by JazzHR
