Job Responsibilities We are seeking a Virtual Student Financial Aid Advisor to serve in the Education Finance Advisor role to support our campus financial aid department. In a highly regulated environment, this position is responsible for performing at a high customer service level in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Title IV and other governing agency regulations Job duties include: Virtual meeting with prospective and re-entering students to discuss financial aid options Packaging new students Collect documentation and evaluate student eligibility for aid Team up with other departments to resolve various issues regarding individual student aid Job Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years experience in financial aid processing required Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of customer service PST and CST time zones ONLY!!
