Thirteen full-service banking offices provide products and services geared towards meeting the needs of the markets we serve. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES As the AVP or VP, Treasury Management Officer, you will play a key role in the expansion of Treasury Management services to BSNB's business customers. You will utilize creative strategies to help sales growth to meet long-term strategic initiatives . Essential Functions Actively work with existing business clients to uncover additional banking needs and services to meet or exceed deposit growth targets. Utilize Centers of Influence and market information to develop creative strategies to reach new customers and market service and product opportunities. Act as a liaison with other lines of business to uncover additional banking needs and services to meet or exceed deposit growth targets. Provide business customers with financial options to structure more sophisticated business relationships. Work closely with account officers to ensure a seamless relationship. Analyze account statements, and some financial documents. Prepare municipal and commercial banking proposals based on customer needs, services provided, and profitability. Maintain a business call report. Complete all treasury management forms and agreements and facilitate the decision process through the appropriate approval authorities. Attend networking events relevant to position, and meet with local centers of influence to expand prospects. Provide the highest levels of customer service. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' banking experience and a demonstrated strong comprehension of treasury management products and services, or equivalent business development experience. A proven track record of business development, expansion of relationships, and prior experience working with commercial customers a must. Demonstrated ability to make presentations to customers tailored to their needs focused on the benefits of the recommended services. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
