Vice President, Delivery Portfolio Manager

Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Business, or Information Technology Master's Degree Related Field preferred Work Experience A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required More than 10 years of experience in a leading consulting firm, overseeing and executing a range of large and complex technical projects for clients from different industries, technologies and regions. Demonstrated experience in handling an external client portfolio of complex and transformational projects that generate over $300M in gross profit. Outstanding leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with all levels of the organization. Experience in working and cooperating with both internal and external cross-functional teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Effective negotiation skills, especially in managing customer expectations, and setting priorities. Effective leadership skills with the ability to coach and grow high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Adopt and embrace the WWT culture and values. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Executive presentation and communication skills is a must Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from team members, stakeholders and peers Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Focus on data driven outcomes and metrics Organization, patience, and composure will be essential in the navigation and prioritization of complex delivery against aggressive deadlines. Remote position but some domestic travel may be required This position will have direct reports Licenses and Certifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) or Lean Six Sigma Certification through IASSC preferred Want to learn more about Infrastructure Services?
