As a member of the Camboro team, you will support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent-by delivering an outstanding client experience-so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to: Physical examinations and patient assessment Anesthesia monitoring Surgical preparation and assisting Dentistry Radiology Laboratory work Blood Draws Catheter placement Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care of our hospitalized animals In the supervisor role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Serve as a mentor to technician/kennel staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Works with hospital leadership to organize tech meetings. Organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. Provide feedback and works to develop performance improvement plans. The pay for this position starts at $21/hour **Compensation negotiable based on experience and knowledge in the field** This position is a working supervisory position, which is responsible for the leadership and the supervision of our technical staff.
