Responsibilities:• Accurate scheduling of patient appointments• Triage pet health through conversations on phones to ensure the best health outcome for the patient• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times• Responding promptly to customer inquiries• Communicating with customers through various channels• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly About Company: We are an established privately owned business with 3 successful clinics. We strive to have 6-8 doctors per clinic with a support staff of 4 plus staff per doctor. Each of our facilities provides state-of-the-art equipment (CT Scanner, Endoscopy, Ultrasound…) and the ability to refer cases within the Desert Ark system. Our business model is general practice with urgent care same-day services offered Monday - Saturday. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate manager to help guide our team, grow the practice's community presence, and promote extraordinary client engagement.
