From emergency services to specialized treatments, we are committed to excellence in patient care and client service. Position Overview: As a Client Service Representative , you will be the face of our hospital, providing exceptional service to clients and their beloved pets. Working alongside experienced veterinarians and a dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and patients. Compensation: $19-$25 pending skills backssment leveling $2.50 Shift Premium: Weekdays from 5p – 8a Weekends: Any hours worked between Fridays 5p – Mondays 8a Schedule: Aiming for three 12-hour shifts Combination of 1 st /2 nd /3 rd shift hours – flexibility needed Job Requirements and Responsibilities : Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills Previous experience as a receptionist in a veterinary emergency hospital setting preferred Display compassion and patience toward clients Interact positively in a team environment with members of the medical treatment team Answer incoming phone calls from clients, veterinarians, and employees Greet clients and pets upon arrival Handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly Present billing estimates to clients and collect payment for bills Admit and.
