**Vascular Surgery opening in North Carolina*** Located in ***Hickory, NC*** - 58 miles from Charlotte* Full time, permanent opening* Hospital-employed* 258-bed, independent, not-for-profit, community hospital* Joining a very busy, established practice in the beautiful foothills of western NC * Currently 2 surgeons and 2 APPs* Instant referral base with a 16 practice primary care medical group* Call: 1:3* Currently undergoing an extensive renovation project for the ED and Heart and Vascular service lines* Competitive base salary with RVU productivity bonus* Full benefits including malpractice, health, dental, life, disability, etc.* 3 weeks vacation which increases at year 3 and 7 paid holidays* 1 week reimbursed CME; $6,500 CME allowance* Relocation and sign on bonus offered**Community:**The city of Hickory has a population of about 45,000; however, this hospital system serves a population of over 350,000.
